Our mission
Circumference means, for us, the embracing of
all aspects of being human, such as behavior, belief, vision,
images, desires, feelings, intuition and experiences. Each person
is different and unique and you will be invited to search for
your own personal power.
In this journey, we
use perspectives, truths, and perceptions from the West, East, North,
and South. We apply ideas from ancient cultures as well as new insights
based on human sciences.
We see it as our task to translate the essence of this into inspiring
and effective support for your personal and professional development.
We stimulate you to make choices in harmony with your head, heart
and belly. It is surprising how effective and vitalizing this is
for both your work and private life! The beautiful thing about it
is that this inner power not only puts the individual in motion
- this new behavior also has a positive effect on the surroundings.

Heart and soul
Circumference motivates people to
work with their heart and soul. Effectiveness is often created
when people develop, based on their own motivation, their own
vision, talent, creativity, and vitality, and really apply them
in daily practice.
Personality and meaning
Circumference encourages people to become more aware of their
behavior and their underlying drives. They are invited to apply
their personality in such a way that their actions are in line
with their deepest meaning.
Anchoring
People deal more consciously with
their own behavior in new situations and an effective form of
self-management is stimulated.
By becoming aware of the underlying drives as well, new behavior
emerges from within and therefore becomes strongly anchored in
the person. As a consequence the effects in the work place are
visible not only in the short, but also in the long term.

If people use their own power, they
often let their old limiting frameworks and ineffective behavior
patterns go. A new and authentic behavior often emerges from this
and it can have a surprising effect on the surroundings. This
