1. 19th ‘PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT’ COURSE in Spring 2009!
The 18th Personal Empowerment Fall Course is coming to an end and from now on you're able to register for the Spring Course 2009 if this particular service meets your questions.Try and find out in a intake with us FOR FREE! Earlier this year, the ninth course was brought to a close with a great deal of enthusiasm and just a touch of nostalgia. A few reactions from our last participants:

2. EVALUATION: INTERNATIONAL TRAINING COURSES SELFMANAGEMENT
Circumference provided several International Self-management Training Programs for the Middle Management Course at DSM/Sabic. Here's what previous participants from Germany, Belgium, England, Bulgaria, Spain, China, United States, and the Netherlands have experienced our programs. A few reactions from the course participants:

What I’ve learned the most is:
How to manage myself instead to be managed by my surroundings, to make my vision formulated, and to react more balanced in stressful situations. How to introduce in my life a continuous feeling of awareness, build in on a regular basis moments of reflection. That I have seen and experienced different ways and tools I can use to reach my objectives. It is now up to me to use this. What drives me in life. What direction I want to take in work / life? To create more balance between work and private. To better manage and direct myself.
To use new sources of inspiration. How to develop: creativity, ability to let go, balance perfectionism. To see how my character interacts with other people, e.g. what limits me, feedback from others.

General impression of the module is that it is:
Very powerful module to become self aware and to create balance in your life. Great! All participants were very open and willing to share personal experiences. Very good / effective course in my opinion. Excellent and very helpful for my further behaviour.

3.FIFTH ANNUAL RETREAT 'INNER NATURE' IN THE BELGIUM ADRENNES IN JUNE 2009

When everything flourishes in springtime, Circumference again has organized and executed a special 7-day-Retreat in the Ardennes in the South of Belgium from the 5th till the 12th of June 2009.We have found a wonderful, magical enviroment and Chateau to held our Retreat. A place of beauty, silence and much nature to experience. Only 20 participants can join this experience.

The Retreat will have its own colour and will bring a brandnew program. Subjects that will pass, are: authenticity, integrity, inner freedom and transformation. The retreat is for people who already know our work and for those who don't know our work yet.

4. IN-COMPANY SELFMANAGEMENT TRAINING COURSES

Again, Circumference has been asked by DSM/Sabic to provide several training programs for participants of the Middle Management Course. This has now become an annual phenomenon at the Vaeshartelt Castle, a real journey of discovery for both the particpants and the trainers. Self-management training programs will again be given this fall.
