Approach
The management consultancy
and coaching course consists of an intake conversation, the coaching
itself, and an evaluation. During the intake, we examine if it
is useful to start a coaching course. We direct the coaching to
person-based questions and themes which accompany your professional
situation.
There is often a period of one to three
weeks between the sessions, in order to have enough feedback from
the practical situation. Our experience has taught us that concrete
effects in your professional performance can often be seen just
halfway through the course.
At the end of the coaching course, we evaluate the program with
you, and if desired, give advice on how to continue your personal
and professional development.
