Approach
The coaching is made up of an intake, the
coaching itself, and an evaluation. During the intake, we examine
together if it is useful to start coaching. Together we formulate,
among other things, your personal and professional questions and
themes and goals you have. We focus mostly on the person-based
questions which accompany your performance in your daily work
situation. During the coaching sessions, there is plenty of room
for individual questions and themes. We work with, among others,
insight and experience exercises.
There is often a period of one to three
weeks between the sessions, in order to have enough feedback from
the practical situation and to give you the chance to start applying
what you have learned. Our experience has taught us that concrete
effects in your personal and professional performance can often
be seen just halfway through the course.
At the end of the coaching, we evaluate the program with you.
A final telephone conversation is also possible with the client
to evaluate the course.
