Practical information
All of our in-company courses start with
an exploratory talk in order to gain more insight into the organizational
development, the background and the specific training wishes.
Based on an intake conversation, an offer is made, which details
the content, methods and costs of the program. When a training
session takes place, regular contact with the client is maintained.
In addition, managers are often invited to stimulate the development
of the participants in practise by using concrete goals. At the
end of each training session a verbal and written evaluation is
given.
